Another ten minutes on Memrise for me — another two advanced words for you!

PRETERNATURAL = qualities, abilities… that are unnatural in a way that might make you think unknown forces are involved

DISQUIETING = causing worry and unhappiness

Incidentally, my student finds Math awfully disquieting. On top of that, she desperately envies her classmate because the girl seems to have preternatural abilities to solve complicated math problems. To reassure her somehow, we are discussing these videos during our next class:
